Wiener Choco "Kok"
INGREDIENTS
1000gr MEISTER SCHOCO WIENER
650gr Eggs
50gr Water
220gr Pastry Flour
METHOD
Mix all ingredients apart from the flour for 7 minutes with a wisk on high speed. Add the flour and stir gently by hand, until well combined.
Bake for approximately 10-14 minutes at 200-210°C.
