Plain Cream Cake
INGREDIENTS
1kg PLAIN CREAM CAKE
360gr Eggs
360gr SOL
220gr Water
METHOD
Mix all together the ingredients for 5’ at flat beater at medium speed, until the mix has been homogenized.
Bake at 170*C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
METHOD TO MAKE MUFFINS
Follow the same recipe to make muffins. Bake at 180*C for 5’ and at 170-175*C for more 25-30’.
