Oktasporo Korn Bread Sticks
INGREDIENTS
1.50kg OKTASPORO KORN
4kg Strong Wheat Flour Type 70%
600gr Sugar
500gr Cognac
750gr FRESCO
1.50kg White Wine
1.50kg SOL
60gr Salt
200gr BAKING POWDER
40gr Baking Soda
Decoration: DECOR MIX
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 2’ on low speed and 8 on high speed.
Cut dough in desired weight and roll out into sticks.
Dip the sticks in water and then in the Decor Mix.
Preheat the oven at 210οC. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
