Combicorn Kourou Dough
INGREDIENTS
200g OKTASPORO COMBICORN
1kg Wheat Flour Type 70%
40gr Sugar
20gr Salt
500gr IDEALE CAKE
500gr Greek Yogurt
200gr Eggs
40gr BAKING POWDER
20gr LEZYM
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 2’ on low speed and 6′ on high speed.
Kneed dough in balls and roll them out in desired size.
Fill the dough with desired filling.
Proof for 15 – 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 200οC with steam. Bake for approximately 20 – 25 minutes.
