1kg Choco Cream Cake, product code 1843
366gr Eggs
366gr Sunflower Oil SOL, product code 2638
220gr Water

METHOD

Mix all together the ingredients for 5’ at flat beater at medium speed, until the mix has been homogenized.

Bake at 17-175οC για 35’.

METHOD TO MAKE MUFFINS

Follow the same recipe to make muffins. Bake at 180οC for 5’ and at 170οC for more 25-30’.
