Carrot Loaf Cake
ΙNGREDIENTS
1kg CARROT CAKE
230gr Water
100gr SOL
300gr Grated carrot
70gr Chopped walnuts (Optional)
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together for 5 minutes with flat beater at medium speed, until the mix has been homogenized.
Bake at 175°C for 35-40 minutes (for 350gr moulds).
