INGREDIENTS

2kg Brioche Mix, product code 1813
200gr Ideale Cake, product code 1791
60-80gr Yeast
200gr Eggs
900gr Water

METHOD

Mix all the ingredients at the mixer for 3’ at slow speed and for 6’ at high speed.

Keep the dough at 25oC

Rest the dough for 15’

Cut at desirable shape.

Preheat the oven at 220οC.

Bake for 15’ depending the shape.
