Oktasporo Toast Bread with Added Nutritional Value
INGREDIENTS
4kg OKTASPORO – ADDED NUTRITIONAL VALUE
4kg Wheat Flour Type 70%
4kg Water
160gr Yeast
50gr OLYMPIAL SUPER PLUS
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 2’ on low speed and 5′ on high speed.
Let dough rest for 20 – 30 minutes. Then cut in desired weight and shape and place dough in baking forms for toast bread.
Proof for 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 220οC and gradually lower it at 190οC. Bake for 305 minutes.
