Oktasporo Bread with Added Nutritional Value
INGREDIENTS
4kg OKTASPORO – ADDED NUTRITIONAL VALUE
4kg Wheat Flour Type 70%
4kg Water
160gr Yeast
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 2’ on low speed and 5′ on high speed.
Let dough rest for 20 minutes. Then cut in desired weight and shape.
Proof for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 210οC with steam. Bake for approximately 35 minutes with a little steam.
