American Choco Soft Cookies

INGREDIENTS

1000gr AMERICAN COOKIE
310gr IDEALE CAKE
140gr Eggs
40gr  Cocoa Powder
220gr DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together for 3 minutes with a flat beater mixer on medium speed, until well combined. Add the chunks and mix again. Shape the dough into sticks of 4,5cm diameter and place in to the fridge.

Cut into 2,5cm pieces (approximately 55gr) and place them on a baking sheet. Note that you need leave space between each cookie piece. Bake for approximately 11 minutes at 190°C for coventional oven, and 9 minutes at 170°C for air heating oven.

After baking cookies should remain soft.  Let them cool down well. Take them off the baking sheet.
