INGREDIENTS

1000gr RURE TRADITION
400gr IDEALLE CAKE
330gr Water

METHOD

Melt IDEALE melange. Mix all ingredients and IDEALE for 5 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed, until well combined.

Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes at 175°C.
