Raisin Cake
INGREDIENTS
1kg CARROT CAKE
330gr Water
250gr SOL
250gr Raisins
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients together for 5 minutes with flat beater at medium speed, until the mix has been homogenized.
Bake at 175-180°C για 35 minutes (for 350gr moulds).
Note: For a 40x60cm sheet we need 4 doses of the mix. Bake at 165°C για 90 minutes
