Oktasporo Korn Bread
INGREDIENTS
2kg OKTASPORO KORN MIX
2kg Strong Wheat Flour Type 70%
2,40kg Water
80gr Yeast
Decoration: DECOR MIX
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 4’ on low speed and 4′ on high speed.
Let dough rest for 20 minutes. Then cut in desired weight and shape.
Proof for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven at 210οC with steam. Bake for approximately 35 minutes with a little steam.
