Corn Bread Sticks
INGREDIENTS
4kg MAIS MIX
6kg Strong Wheat Flour Type 70%
50gr Sugar
80gr Cognac
180gr FRESCO
500gr White Wine
375gr SOL
10gr Salt
50gr BAKING POWDER
10gr Baking Soda
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 2’ on low speed and 8 on high speed.
Cut dough in desired weight and roll out into sticks.
Dip the sticks in water and then in the mix itself (Mais Mix) for decor.
Preheat the oven at 210οC. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
