Meister Biskuit "Kok"

INGREDIENTS

1000gr MEISTER BISCUIT
650gr Eggs (room temperature)
150gr Water (cold)
200-220gr Pastry flour

METHOD

Mix all ingredients apart from the flour for 7 minutes with a wisk on high speed. Add the flour and stir gently by hand, until well combined.

Bake for approximately 8-10 minutes at 200-210°C.
