Fondant glaze, very shiny, soft and easy to use. Great vanilla flavor. Can be coloured by adding cocoa paste, chocolate or edible colouring. Does not burn, keeps its shine, does not harden and does not crystalize when heated. Suitable for freezing and deep freezing. Ideal for cream puffs, eclairs, choux pastries, donuts, etc.
