Oktasporo Korn Bread Sticks
INGREDIENTS
500g OKTASPORO COMBICORN
2,75kg Wheat Flour Type 70%
200gr Sugar
750gr White Wine
750gr FRESCO
500gr SOL
30gr Salt
30gr Yeast
75gr BAKING POWDER
20gr Baking Soda
250gr Water
Decoration: Sesame Seeds
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 2’ on low speed and 8′ on high speed.
Open dough through a pastry sheeter machine at 2 millimetres thickness.
Prick the sheets, sprinkle with water and add sesame or any other seeds.
Preheat the oven at 210οC with steam. Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
