ΙNGREDIENTS
1050kg DESICROQ MIX
300gr DECOR MIX
450gr Almond flakes
450gr Cranberries or Raisins
450gr DARK CHOCOLATE CHUNKS
450gr Sesame
450gr Chopped almonds
METHOD
Mix well all the ingredients together in a basin. Put the mix in a baking metal sheet. Bake at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave it for about 2 minutes before evenly slashing it in pieces. When it completely cools down, remove the pieces carefully.
