INGREDIENTS

600gr RURE&FRESH
400gr Pastry flour
400gr SOL
400gr Water
Optional: Orange zest

METHOD

Mix all ingredients for 5’ with a flat beater on medium speed, until well combined.

Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes at 175*C.
