American Cream Cake
INGREDIENTS
1000gr ORIGINAL AMERICAN CAKE
370gr Eggs
350gr SOL
216gr Water
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed, until well combined.
Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes at 170-175*C.
MUFFIN & CUP-CAKE METHOD
The same recipe can be used for authentic Muffin preparation. In that case, for muffins bake for 5 minutes at 180*C and another 15 minutes at 170*C.
For cup cakes bake for 15-20 minutes at 150*C.
