Choco Extra Moist Cake
INGREDIENTS
1000gr CHOCO EXTRA MOIST CAKE
345gr Eggs
310gr SOL
415gr Water
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed, until well combined.
Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes at 175°C.
Tip: The same recipe can be used for authentic Muffin preparation. In that case, bake for 5 minutes at 180°C and another 25-30 minutes at 170°C.
