Plain Extra Moist Cake
INGREDIENTS
1000gr PLAIN EXTRA MOIST CAKE
350gr Eggs
300gr SOL
280gr Water
METHOD
Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes with a flat beater on medium speed, until well combined.
Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes at 175°C.
METHOD TO MAKE MUFFINS
Follow the same recipe to make muffins. Bake at 180°C for 5 minutes and at 170°C for more 25-30 minutes.
